Vinova will cover:

  • Payroll Management
  • HR Management
  • Working Office (Desk with office equipment)
  • Welfare & Benefits for the staff
  • Payment terms: monthly, at the beginning of each month.
  • All source code and IP belongs to Client and will not be retained by Vinova upon termination of the contract and full payment.
  • Vinova provides any and all services on an as-is basis and makes no representations or warranties as to the services provided.
  • All Vinova staff will work remotely from Vinova’s offices unless onsite support is requested. Any expenses related to travel, boarding & lodging for offsite activities outside of Vinova’s offices will be billed to the Client on actual expenses.
  • Working Hours: 9.30am – 6.30pm Singapore Time (40 hours per week per pax, not inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) except Sat, Sun, and local public holidays (Singapore and Vietnam).
  • The staff is entitled to Annual leave and Sick leave (with Medical certificate) according to the local law.
