Vinova is seeking a highly strategic, technical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing to architect and protect our enterprise pipeline. As we position Vinova as a Tier 1 AI Consulting Partner trusted by sovereign-grade entities (GovTech, MAS, Changi Airport), we are abandoning commoditized, broad-net ad campaigns in favor of highly targeted, precise, and airtight enterprise marketing systems.
In this senior role, you will hold complete operational custody over Vinova’s entire digital asset footprint (Website, CRM, Email Systems, and Premium Social Channels). You will be responsible for building our enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engine—precisely identifying, tracking, warming up, and converting tier-1 and tier-2 high-value corporate targets (large enterprises, multi-industry conglomerates, and financial institutions).
You are the ultimate bridge between marketing data and sales revenue. Your mission is to ensure our digital plumbing is flawless, preventing leaky funnels and keeping our CRM protected from low-intent data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Architecture & Execution
- High-Value Target Selection: Collaborate with Executive Leadership and the Revenue team to build and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Target Account Lists (TAL), specifically focusing on tier-2 large enterprises, multi-industry conglomerates, and financial/insurance institutions.
- Precision Orchestration: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns (utilizing LinkedIn Account Targeting, custom IP targeting, premium email cadences, and personalized landing page flows) to warm up specific decision-makers within target organizations.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: Bridge the gap between marketing assets and the sales pipeline. Provide the Revenue team with intent data, account engagement scoring, and custom-tailored marketing collateral to accelerate multi-million dollar contract cycles.
2. Full Custody of Corporate Digital Assets
- The Website Asset: Own the technical optimization, conversion architecture, and backend performance of our primary web assets (including vinova.sg). Partner with the Design team to enforce premium, high-trust visual compliance and eliminate conversion friction on landing pages.
- The CRM & Email Estate: Take absolute ownership of our CRM lead routing, automation workflows, and email infrastructure. Build out automated, high-value enterprise nurturing sequences that immediately trigger the moment a target account shows engagement intent.
- Premium Social Asset Integration: Manage the distribution infrastructure of our corporate social assets. Ensure that our narrative of sovereign-grade validation and elite case studies is programmatically served to our target enterprise audiences.
3. Advanced Technical Plumbing, Tracking & Data Integrity
- Pipeline Policing: Audit and protect our conversion funnel data. Ensure that tracking infrastructure—including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), LinkedIn Insight Tags, and server-side tagging—is completely secure, accurate, and free of attribution leaks.
- Executive Data Visualizations: Move past basic surface-level metrics (impressions/clicks). Build and automate clean, high-level dashboards in Looker Studio tracking critical financial metrics: Enterprise Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by account tier, Pipeline Velocity, Pipeline Value, and direct ROI.
- Funnel Optimization (CRO): Conduct continuous technical A/B testing on landing page data-capture forms, layout copy structures, and user flows to optimize for ultra-high-intent lead capture while automatically filtering out low-value inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years explicitly managing B2B enterprise lead generation or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Experience inside an IT Outsourcing powerhouse, global cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud partners), or high-end tech consultancy is a must.
- ABM Methodologies: Deep, proven proficiency in executing ABM frameworks. Familiarity with ABM software/intent data tools or utilizing advanced LinkedIn Account-Based Advertising to target specific corporate boardrooms.
- Advanced Technical Stack Mastery:
- Analytics & Tags: Advanced, expert-level fluency in GA4 (custom explorations, audience triggers) and GTM (server-side tracking, complex variables, custom JavaScript triggers).
- CRM & Automation: Strong experience configuring enterprise CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), managing lead scoring rules, and building multi-step automation workflows.
- Dashboards: Expert at transforming raw data into beautiful, executive-ready dashboards via Looker Studio.
- Business-Minded Analytical Rigor: You look at a marketing dashboard and instantly diagnose where the financial leak is. You understand that impressions and broad-ad spikes are irrelevant if they do not convert into high-value enterprise pipelines.
- Language: Professional-grade spoken and written English proficiency is mandatory. You will be drafting, reviewing, or optimizing high-end enterprise copy, corporate messaging assets, and presenting data to international stakeholders.
