Key Responsibilities

1. Full Visual Ownership & Identity Development

  • Owning the Brand Assets: Take absolute custody of Vinova’s day-to-day visual output. You will be the internal gatekeeper, ensuring that no unpolished or off-brand deck, banner, or document ever leaves the department.
  • High-Value B2B Materials: Take full ownership of formatting and designing premium pitch decks, capabilities presentations, proposals, and corporate booklets used by our Revenue team to close enterprise clients.
  • Digital Publishing Assets: Translate complex technical writings into clean, highly readable layouts for digital PDFs, investigative case studies, whitepapers, and corporate reports.
  • Digital & Social Footprint: Create high-converting web banners, landing page assets, and premium graphics for Vinova’s corporate social channels (LinkedIn, event ecosystems).

2. Design System Governance & Organization

  • Figma Library Management: Maintain, organize, and proactively scale Vinova’s master UI/UX component libraries and brand templates inside Figma. Keep our asset system flawlessly structured.
  • Visual Integrity Policing: Systematically audit internal and external documents, updating legacy collateral to align perfectly with our updated, minimalist, high-end brand guidelines.

3. Agile Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Partner directly with our Digital Marketing specialist and Content Writer to quickly turn performance ad creatives, landing page flows, and written content insights into clean visual realities.
  • Balance multiple project deadlines while keeping file organization tight (naming conventions, structured layers, and clean asset handoffs).

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience (agency background or internal B2B/tech corporate experience is a major plus).
  • An Ownership Mindset: You take personal pride in the visual quality of the company. You don’t just wait for instructions; you actively spot visual inconsistencies across our assets and propose solutions to fix them.
  • Aesthetic Standard: A highly developed eye for minimalist design, elegant typography systems, clean grid layouts, and the effective use of negative space. (Your style leans toward modern, structured, and corporate-clean).
  • Technical Stack Fluency: * Strong, intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Figma (building and organizing modular components, auto-layouts, and design variables).
  • Solid mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effect).
  • The Growth Mindset: Highly coachable, positive, and proactive. You welcome constructive design critiques as a tool to learn how creative execution directly impacts enterprise business revenue.
  • Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio that clearly demonstrates clean typography, layout design (multi-page booklets, presentations, or web pages), and functional brand assets.
