Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Visual Strategy Ownership

  • Brand Guideline Evolution: Take full ownership of upgrading, enforcing, and scaling Vinova’s corporate brand identity. Move our visual language away from generic tech aesthetics into an elite, premium corporate tier suitable for institutional investors and global enterprise clients.
  • Asset Ecosystem Design: Standardize corporate assets across all digital touchpoints—including pitch decks, investor relations materials, whitepapers, and our multi-channel social footprint (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Premium Case Study Production: Design highly stylized, interactive, and premium case study layouts (setting a benchmark comparable to top-tier global digital agencies) that turn complex technical architecture into engaging visual stories for economic buyers.

UI/UX Architecture & Product Design

  • Corporate Web & Landing Page UX: Partner with the Revenue Team to redesign and optimize our primary digital asset. Design conversion-focused, friction-free layouts, interactive data visualizations, and clear navigation paths for business decision-makers.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain a scalable component library/design system (Figma) that bridges the gap between marketing design and front-end engineering, ensuring visual consistency across all web and application frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating brand asset design and clean, logical, user-centric application UI/UX layouts. (We want to see typography control, restrained visual language, and clean data presentation).
  • Tools Fluency: Advanced mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and interactive prototyping tools. Knowledge of Webflow or front-end principles (HTML/CSS) is a massive advantage.
  • The “Business-First” Design Mindset: You understand that design’s job is to build trust, establish authority, and drive conversion. You design for business executives and investors, not just for Dribbble likes.
  • Language: Professional working proficiency in English to seamlessly collaborate with regional leadership and international client requirements.

What You Will Gain (Perks & Benefits)

  • Direct Mentorship: Daily coaching from experienced digital marketing leaders and direct exposure to executive-level revenue strategies.
  • Real-World B2B Experience: Build a portfolio of real campaigns, sales decks, and lead generation frameworks.
  • Career Growth: Potential for conversion into a full-time position based on performance during the internship.
  • Culture: Collaborative environment, hybrid work arrangement, and a competitive monthly internship stipend.
