The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Specialist is to identify and qualify potential leads, engage with prospects, and nurture relationships to convert them into valuable business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of Vinova’s client base and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This position will be based remotely in the Philippines, operating on a contractual basis. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and industries aligned with Vinova’s services. 
  • Utilize various online tools and platforms to gather information on decision-makers and key contacts within target companies. 
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads for effective outreach. 
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through email, social media, and other communication channels. 
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to generate interest and establish initial connections. 
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team with qualified leads. 
  • Evaluate the potential of leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Vinova’s target market. 
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges. 
  • Provide relevant information about Vinova’s services to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. 
  • Work closely with the sales team in Singapore and Vietnam to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies. 
  • Communicate effectively to provide insights into market trends, potential challenges, and areas for improvement. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities. 
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including the number of qualified leads generated. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the software development or IT industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering qualified leads.

    • Number of qualified leads generated. 
    • Conversion rates from lead to sales. 
    • Accuracy and completeness of the lead database. 
    • Feedback from the sales team on lead quality. 
    • Meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
