About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Digital Marketing Lead and Senior Marketing to execute high-impact digital initiatives while providing crucial marketing support to our Business Development (BD) team.
This is not a “coffee-fetching” internship – you will gain hands-on experience running B2B digital campaigns, crafting high-converting sales collateral, supporting account-based marketing (ABM) outreach, and optimizing lead workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Assist in managing and creating content for B2B digital channels (LinkedIn, website, email newsletters, and corporate blogs).
- Support the Digital Marketing Lead in tracking, analyzing, and reporting channel performance (impressions, traffic, engagement rates, and form submissions).
- Conduct keyword research, basic SEO optimization, and target audience mapping for upcoming digital campaigns.
- Coordinate digital assets for major regional events, trade shows, and partner co-marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Help design and update sales collateral, including client pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and service solution sheets.
- Assist BD teams with prospect research, building verified target account lists (ICPs), and mapping key decision-makers for outbound campaigns.
- Help organize pre-event outreach materials and pre-booked meeting schedules for upcoming regional conferences.
- Ensure all sales materials align with brand messaging and highlight our core solution capabilities.
Revenue & Marketing Operations
- Assist in keeping our CRM clean and organized by segmenting incoming leads, tagging event contacts, and mapping attribution.
- Support post-event follow-up campaigns by preparing email templates and tracking sales lead activity.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
- Analytical & Creative Balance: A hybrid mindset that understands both creative storytelling (content/visuals) and commercial data (conversion rates, lead quality).
- Tool Familiarity:
- Basic proficiency with design/presentation tools (Canva, or PowerPoint, however Figma is a plus).
- Familiarity with professional social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation, or analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a strong plus but not necessarily needed.
- Mindset & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High agency, resourcefulness, and eagerness to learn B2B growth strategies in a fast-paced tech environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)
- Prior experience or coursework in B2B marketing, lead generation, or IT/tech sector concepts.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, or HubSpot) or AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate content output.
What You Will Gain (Perks & Benefits)
- Direct Mentorship: Daily coaching from experienced digital marketing leaders and direct exposure to executive-level revenue strategies.
- Real-World B2B Experience: Build a portfolio of real campaigns, sales decks, and lead generation frameworks.
- Career Growth: Potential for conversion into a full-time position based on performance during the internship.
- Culture: Collaborative environment, hybrid work arrangement, and a competitive monthly internship stipend.
