We are seeking an experienced Odoo Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Odoo ERP system and its modules, with a proven track record in solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and consulting. This role will involve working closely with potential leads, demonstrating the capabilities of Odoo, and recommending the best solutions to meet their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Odoo solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of solutions, aligning them with clients’ business goals and processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings and engage with potential leads to understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs.
- Analyze client requirements and provide expert advice on the best Odoo solutions and configurations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business processes and objectives.
- Recommend best practices and industry standards to optimize clients’ use of Odoo.
- Lead and manage Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Odoo, including solution architecture, implementation, and consulting.

- Strong understanding of Odoo modules, configurations, and customization capabilities.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and product demonstrations.
