Job brief: 

We are looking for a young, energetic and proactive Office Administrator to join our Singapore office.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily administrative operations for the Singapore office, ensuring smooth office maintenance and staff support. 
  • Assist with HR management tasks for the Singapore site, including recruitment, employee engagement, paperwork, attendance and leave tracking, and logistic arrangements. 
  • Organize and coordinate culture and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. 
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, offboarding, staff performance management and collaborating on training and development programs. 
  • Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities management. 
  • Organize and coordinate office events and meetings. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence. 
  • Welcome guests and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.  

Requirements and skills:

  • Young, energetic, and proactive individual with a strong interest in administrative and HR work. 
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Good communication skills and a positive learning mindset. 
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
