We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Director to lead
our company’s efforts in driving business growth, building brand awareness, and
increasing market share. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both
sales and marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing
successful strategies. This position requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking,
and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and sales presentations to secure high-value deals.
- Monitor sales performance, provide forecasting, and adjust strategies to meet market conditions.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, both online and offline, to drive lead generation and brand growth.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email marketing (EDM), social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and measurable ROI.
- Drive the company’s Employer Branding by creating engaging content for various channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) to attract both candidates and clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility and business development.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success, finance, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Partner with the delivery teams to ensure the availability of resources and the timely delivery of services to clients.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and use insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales and Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure the professional development of team members by identifying growth opportunities and providing training and support.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels, sales strategies, and branding.
- Experience in B2B sales within the IT services or technology sector.
- Experience in global markets, particularly in the APAC region.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
