We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior IT Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT sales, a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a passion for identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new leads, as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, explore new markets, products, and services, and uncover business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our IT services and solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
  • Follow up with clients to address any concerns, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Solution, Pre-sales team and Delivery team to prepare and customize quotations, proposals, and bid documents that align with client requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate, well-organized, and reflect the agreed-upon terms.
  • Monitor the progress of proposals and bids, and adjust as needed to increase the likelihood of winning deals.
  • Once a project is secured, work closely with the project and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover, providing them with all relevant details and client expectations.
  • Stay involved in the project life-cycle as needed to maintain client satisfaction and address any arising issues.
  • Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, IT or related fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of sales experience within the IT industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
  • Experience in IT consulting or IT application development is a plus.
  • Experience in global markets, particularly in the APAC region.
  • Willingness to learn and strong desire to achieve high performance in a competitive IT sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A high standard of work quality, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
